I felt guilted into getting gap insurance, and was told two different things about changing my payment in a year. One said I could lower my payments a lot and another said they have no idea why I was told that. Very misled and honestly am not sure if I even got the best deal. This was my first buying experience and it truly was not the best first impression. More
