Trustworthy! I purchased my 2017 CR-V from McClarty Honda. For the first three oil changes I went back to McClarty for the service. They told me I could go to the I purchased my 2017 CR-V from McClarty Honda. For the first three oil changes I went back to McClarty for the service. They told me I could go to the dealership in Hot Springs since that is actually closer to my home. One visit to Orr and they said on my next oil change I would also need an additional $500 in service work done! Instead of going back to Orr I returned to McClarty and told them I couldn’t do $500 in services. They told me there was nothing additional that needed to be done to my car, not even the suggestions made by the dealership in Hot Springs! I will continue giving McClarty my business! More

Sales great Took care of couple of issues but Never did the work on scratched vehicle and service center had vehicle 3 different times and even said the vehicle Took care of couple of issues but Never did the work on scratched vehicle and service center had vehicle 3 different times and even said the vehicle needed to stay overnight because it was getting repaired/ painted but when we picked up car the next day vihicle was not touched as service department said it would be If your not going to do the repairs or don’t want to do the repairs just say so. Don’t tell your customers your going to do work on their vehicle and then don’t even attempt repairs. That’s not the way to retain customers. More
