They continued to work to help us determine the best course of action in our unique situation, and due to their attention and patience, we ultimately decided to discuss options with the sales department after speaking with Reece and Tony. Didn't seem to care It was a busy Saturday, there's a lot of us who try to take care of car repairs and upkeep on Saturdays. I was 10-15 minutes late for my scheduled app It was a busy Saturday, there's a lot of us who try to take care of car repairs and upkeep on Saturdays. I was 10-15 minutes late for my scheduled appt. I was told it'd be 1 1/2 hrs-2 hrs wait. I was fine with that..it was a recall and needed it to be done. There were a lot of other people waiting when I got there-so I figured it would be a longer wait. Three and one-half hrs later my service rep finally tells me my car is ready. It's the 1st time she's spoken with me since I arrived this morning and only the 2 time I've seen her in the waiting area. Other service people have been in letting customers know the status of repair but not her. As I leave she tells me the minimum amount I can give her on her service survey before I affect her financially. Really? How crass and graceless. I may need to come again for Honda type repairs but I will at least know what to expect. Spare screws in the front seat-hope they don't go to something important, vents left hanging open or off that weren't that way before my repairs, a nice waiting room, terrible coffee, and a really sweet woman who cleans and stocks the waiting area. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars on quality of work in this instance is because of my own experience with previously executed repairs. I'm hoping this is an anomaly. More

Oil Change Well the prices are pretty high. But they usually do a pretty good job, and the lobby is really nice! Free coffee, water, plush chairs, and popcorn is Well the prices are pretty high. They messed up one of the pipes under my car once, but they compensated with some complentary things, so no big deal. Haven’t had a problem since. I will say though, their car wash SUCKS! It never works 90% of the time. Last time I went, Col serviced my car. He’s really great! Even went to the effort to walk me back to my car and remove the trash left over from oil change! More
