When he retired I was unsure of what our experience would be. However, Chris has really stepped up. He helped me first with a flat tire as I was set to leave town. He followed up to make sure I had a safe, uneventful trip. He has been helping me since. I am so pleased with his treatment of our family. He is helpful with his suggestions.
