Second Time was a charm I took my Honda in for service after speaking with a service advisor and getting a quote. When I arrived the next day the quote had changed and the s I took my Honda in for service after speaking with a service advisor and getting a quote. When I arrived the next day the quote had changed and the service advisor was trying to charge me several hundred dollars more than a 24 hour old quote. Needless to say I was fuming and I had to sit and haggle over the cost until I got the price down. I had the repairs done but the bolts in the splash guard on the front of the car were left out so the splash guard starting hanging down. I called and spoke with David Cates and he assured me that they would take care of the splash guard and that I should not have had to haggle over the price to get it down. I took my car back the second time and spoke with Georgeann and explained why i was there. She said don't worry I will take care of you. About thirty minutes late she came and got me to show me what had been done. The splash guard was fixed with new bolts to secure it firmly. The work was done quickly and correctly by another lady named Sky. The ladies outperformed the men and got the job down. My hats off to Sky and Georgeann. In addition, thanks to Mr. Cates who listened and took the time to understand my frustration and assure me that this would not happen again. My ratings below are bases on my Second visit to solve the problem. More
