Who's There? There have been two occasions where I've driven into the bay and waited to be acknowledged. No one came out to see what service I needed, but someone There have been two occasions where I've driven into the bay and waited to be acknowledged. No one came out to see what service I needed, but someone did come out to acknowledge another customer. The second time this happened I left after 10 min because they were really busy; however, someone should have acknowledged me. I called later and made an appointment with Keith for a weekday when they weren't so busy. This day I pulled in and was immediately acknowledged. I told the young man I had an appointment with Keith and he found him for me within minutes. More
My McLarty experience is Five Star! I first contacted McLarty Honda by text after viewing their inventory of CRVs online. I was immediately contacted by Noah Armani. I had previously driven a friend’s CRV for my rural mail route and knew exactly the year models that could work for me. And I do mean work! 86.2 miles (about 75 miles of gravel roads) of delivering the mail each day. My vehicle is important to getting my job done. Noah listened to my requirements and matched me with the prefect CRV. I will only ever own a Honda. I will only ever contact McLarty. When it is time to buy again, I hope Noah will be as patient again. This was, hands down, the best, easiest and most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. Anyone who sees my “new-to-me” ride will hear about the Five Star treatment I received from Noah, and all the staff, at McLarty Honda. More
Second Time was a charm I took my Honda in for service after speaking with a service advisor and getting a quote. When I arrived the next day the quote had changed and the s I took my Honda in for service after speaking with a service advisor and getting a quote. When I arrived the next day the quote had changed and the service advisor was trying to charge me several hundred dollars more than a 24 hour old quote. Needless to say I was fuming and I had to sit and haggle over the cost until I got the price down. I had the repairs done but the bolts in the splash guard on the front of the car were left out so the splash guard starting hanging down. I called and spoke with David Cates and he assured me that they would take care of the splash guard and that I should not have had to haggle over the price to get it down. I took my car back the second time and spoke with Georgeann and explained why i was there. She said don't worry I will take care of you. About thirty minutes late she came and got me to show me what had been done. The splash guard was fixed with new bolts to secure it firmly. The work was done quickly and correctly by another lady named Sky. The ladies outperformed the men and got the job down. My hats off to Sky and Georgeann. In addition, thanks to Mr. Cates who listened and took the time to understand my frustration and assure me that this would not happen again. My ratings below are bases on my Second visit to solve the problem. More
