Good, not great We received good service, but, I couldn't classify it as great. I left several messages that were not returned. There was a signature that could hav We received good service, but, I couldn't classify it as great. I left several messages that were not returned. There was a signature that could have been taken care of during our first visit...since it wasn't, we had to drive TWO HOURS for a signature. I feel like, with digital technology, this could have been handled without the time and gas required for a return trip. So, this repair took us three trips. I stayed on top of it, had I not...I am not sure we would have met our needed deadline. We sat in the lobby over three hours with one brief update. There were several employees who stopped by the lobby to offer drinks and snacks. More
