Incorrect diagnosis caused me to spend way too much. I really like Gaylon. He did his best in assisting me. But overall I am not pleased with the service department. The last time car was in shop was d I really like Gaylon. He did his best in assisting me. But overall I am not pleased with the service department. The last time car was in shop was due to a misdiagnosis the time before. Had I known the AC had a hole in the condenser I probably would not have spent over $1600 (discount included) to buy tires, get brakes and new power steering line,etc. Another $660 spent (discount included) on the condenser. Car has $130,000 miles. More
