just one quick note and/or suggestion for future reference. Although I was very pleased with my purchase and both Chris and Rod's assistance, when I returned on Wed 10/5/23 to drop off my new car so they can drive it to Tulsa for the leather interior.... I requested a "loaner car" and when the guy (brought it out front for me to drive off, I noticed a huge bird poop spatter down the drivers side window but I was surprised your team didn't make a better effort to clean it up a bit before handing it over. That wasn't the worst of it, however, I noticed on my way home (after I had already left the dealership) that I was on EMPTY and had to hurry up and find a gas station and put $5.00 worth of gas in it. Now I know from past experience that most car rentals and even loaners I have gotten - I have always had a FULL tank of gas. I was surprised Nissan would let me (70 year old woman) drive off in a vehicle that was on empty and make me fill it up. Especially when I filled up my NEW Nissan Rogue the day before I brought it back to have it driven to Tulsa for the leather seats. I will be really bummed if I get my new car back on empty! I think as a customer service issue that you may want to make sure clients don't have this type of issue in the future. I do love my car and still waiting on any and all paperwork to finalize this transaction.
