I live out of state so overall most of the negotiating was over the phone or text. The day I had arrived in Arkansas I went directly to the dealership. Trent was my salesperson and was great! There was and issue that my floor mats being carpet and online the photo had shown rubber mats. They immediately ordered them, and were delivered by the time all the paperwork was signed. The Xterra was in the great condition as shown online and everything that I asked for (remote starter and heated seats) was installed. The car was detailed and I drove away with a full tank of gas! I would definelty recommend this dealership. Trent and everyone I was in contact with was extremely nice, respectful and efficient. More

It is actually 1/23/16. I've called the dealership twice to talk to someone and Noone called me back. I had to call again. Now waiting on someone to call me back again. I doubt they will call, I'll have to call them. So frustrating. We are well out of our 72 hour window or we would take it back and deal with an honest car company. More

I have been a regular buyer of new cars here for about 9 years. Clark Christie is the sales manager and is there to make good honest deals because he wants your repeat business. Marilyn is in charge of making sure everyone is having a pleasant experience and she will meet your needs if you make her aware of them.( popcorn) is mine!! lol Jorge has done most all of my financing. He is a former Arkansas Razorback Track star. He takes care of us every time. No pressure just honest explanations of buying options. Clean business and relaxed atmosphere. You won't go wrong buying here!! I love this place and the people who make it happen everyday!!!!! More

I was VERY pregnant when I came in to buy my car and unfortunately had to wait at this dealership for hours. Marilyn was my main point of contact when I first went there. Also my paperwork was not filled out correctly, I was told I could drive the vehicle for 1 week prior to finally getting to come in and sign paperwork. Months later when it was time for our first service appointment we were past our miles so our vehicle warranty is now voided. All because the paperwork was filled out that our vehicle had 0 miles at the time of purchase instead of the correct odometer reading. Also the oil change appointments take way too long. More

I finally agreed to a test drive. And Came to this dealership and was un sure of what vehicle I was interested in, and I met with the general sales manager Mike Manning and he was awesome and very nice. Then I worked with Devan Wright and he was very helpful and blew me away. So I ended up buying a 2015 Altima. I have brought it for my first oil change and Zach Anderson was wonderful. This is the best dealership in NWA. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I suggest anyone to do their research online with Kristian Wing first. I also got a $25 visa gift card in the mail!!! bad experience with Landers Mclarty My husband and I purchased a new Altima from Landers McLarty Nissan. We are very disappointed with the warranty that was sold to us with our new car. My husband and I purchased a new Altima from Landers McLarty Nissan. We are very disappointed with the warranty that was sold to us with our new car. My husband and I both were not explained the warranty in full detail. I discovered this on a routine oil change last week. We called in and spoke with the finance department and he said he was sorry and failed to do his job-there was nothing that he could do for us. He said he would be glad to visit with us more about it, but folks that doesn't help us!!! As far as being charged $2450 for this package it will only be prorated back to us. (without ever being used) We would have never spent that amount of money for a warranty that was not needed. Our vehicle came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. We also would never need a rental car or roadside assistance from this warranty either-we have that coverage with our personal auto policy. It doesn't make sense that we would purchase this as it was sold to us. We were sold this package with a lot of persistence by the finance department and were very hesitant in purchasing it. We had put trust into what was being told to us. I felt we weren't given all of the facts. I was hoping that Landers would want to make it right with us, but they do not. My husband and I will not ever be purchasing another new vehicle from Landers again. I believe new potential customers should be made aware of our situation and the potential loss that they could incur. I wish I had been made aware of this before taking our business to Landers because they're tactics in explaining the warranty were misleading. I will also notify family, friends and co-workers. It is not fair to make the customer pay for an employees mistake. We are so saddened by Landers values. and customer service. More
