I finally agreed to a test drive. And Came to this dealership and was un sure of what vehicle I was interested in, and I met with the general sales manager Mike Manning and he was awesome and very nice. Then I worked with Devan Wright and he was very helpful and blew me away. So I ended up buying a 2015 Altima. I have brought it for my first oil change and Zach Anderson was wonderful. This is the best dealership in NWA. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I suggest anyone to do their research online with Kristian Wing first. I also got a $25 visa gift card in the mail!!! bad experience with Landers Mclarty My husband and I purchased a new Altima from Landers McLarty Nissan. We are very disappointed with the warranty that was sold to us with our new car. My husband and I purchased a new Altima from Landers McLarty Nissan. We are very disappointed with the warranty that was sold to us with our new car. My husband and I both were not explained the warranty in full detail. I discovered this on a routine oil change last week. We called in and spoke with the finance department and he said he was sorry and failed to do his job-there was nothing that he could do for us. He said he would be glad to visit with us more about it, but folks that doesn't help us!!! As far as being charged $2450 for this package it will only be prorated back to us. (without ever being used) We would have never spent that amount of money for a warranty that was not needed. Our vehicle came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. We also would never need a rental car or roadside assistance from this warranty either-we have that coverage with our personal auto policy. It doesn't make sense that we would purchase this as it was sold to us. We were sold this package with a lot of persistence by the finance department and were very hesitant in purchasing it. We had put trust into what was being told to us. I felt we weren't given all of the facts. I was hoping that Landers would want to make it right with us, but they do not. My husband and I will not ever be purchasing another new vehicle from Landers again. I believe new potential customers should be made aware of our situation and the potential loss that they could incur. I wish I had been made aware of this before taking our business to Landers because they're tactics in explaining the warranty were misleading. I will also notify family, friends and co-workers. It is not fair to make the customer pay for an employees mistake. We are so saddened by Landers values. and customer service. More

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER We broke down in Fayetteville(not a McLarty Dealership) and pulled in to the local dealership for a repair. They informed us that it was a sizeable repair and would need the vehicle for a few days. I figured we would be offered a loaner vehicle at the time; however WE WERE WRONG. We were stuck over 100 miles from home and had nowhere to turn.......Jason Finnell came to the rescue and not only helped us when he had no reason to, but was very nice about it. These are truly class acts and I would not hesitate to do business with ANY of the Landers Mclarty Dealerships based on my experience.....Especially with Jason. Thank all of you who helped us. If your sales dept is as good as your customer service, we certainly will not hesitate to buy from you guys. We humbly thank you again for everything. More
Why would you ever go anywhere else???? I have been a customer of this dealership for about 10 years. Nissan is my car of choice. I have owned them since they were called Datsun. I first met Clark Christie, a salesman, about 8 years ago. Clark has customer service down to a science. The guy lives and breaths customer service. You can be assured of getting the best deal that Nissan has to offer from this dealer. This store is top notch! Beautiful store, clean or should I say spotless. It is a crown jewel in the Nissan Dealerships. The sales team that has been assembled there is an impressive one. You will be treated as family from the first handshake. Honest and well groomed employees. This team is professionally dressed and act like professionals. I would highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for a car, new or used. There is also a salesman there named Jake Inness. Try to get him if possible. Leonardo Dicaprio look alike! He is a cool dude and knows how to treat a customer at the young age of 21. I had purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima on September the 20th, 2013. So I thought I would try and test drive a 2014 Altima . That is when I meet Jake Inness in sales. He was a very pleasant young man. Very patients did not try to push me into to anything. He let me make my own choices . He was very professional and defiantly knew what he was talking about. I fell in love with the 2014 Altima. The safety feature was awesome and all of the other assessors that he showed me I thought were great, I knew then I wanted to up grade to the 2014 Altima. I am so pleased with the Nissan Altima. It is a very nice car. I received everything that I was promised and I couldn't be happier that I made the choice to buy this car. When I went to talk with Adam he was also very professional. He explained any Question that I asked and was patient and let me pick what service warranties that I wanted. I think you have a very nice place of business. Your employees are courteous and kind . Friendly employees but service could be better All of the employees that I encountered were very friendly and willing to help. I give them an A+ on that. I had an "appointment" at their service cen All of the employees that I encountered were very friendly and willing to help. I give them an A+ on that. I had an "appointment" at their service center for 12 pm on a Saturday. The service I requested was to have 4 new tires mounted on my car, have an alignment done, and check on my vehicles recall status (2005 Inifiniti G35). While there Zach informed me that an Infiniti dealer would be the one servicing my car for the recall issue, that's reasonable. The reasons why I am giving customer service and quality of work a "3" is because (1) There's really no point in the scheduling of an appointment if customer's vehicle will not get worked on until some hours later. I dropped my vehicle off and went to have lunch and returned about 1:20-1:30 pm and my tires that I provided was still sitting where it was dropped off at. I know that Zach had mentioned at drop off that it would be done my 2:30 or 3:00 pm. Even though he had given me an estimated time frame, that's still a long time for a "scheduled appointment". It was near 3pm when my car keys were handed back to me. (2) Somehow, somewhere in the process of getting new tires mounted on and an alignment my license plate got bent. How did that happened? I don't know. It sure was not bent when I dropped my vehicle off. Zach did his best to bend it back to normal. I never had problems with my license plate anywhere else except for this one time when someone was trying to steal it but that's a different story. (3) After getting home straight from the service center I noticed grease on my wheels. Why none of the mechanics bother to wipe it off, I don't know, or at least mention it to the guy who washed the car before handing it back to me. So, I spent some time after getting home washing the grease off w/ some wheels and tire cleaners. So, overall the lag in "scheduled appointment", the bent license plate, and greased wheels really sealed the deal on the "3" rating for customer service and quality of work. But hey, I love the new tires and the car is driving straight(better than before). More
Best buying experience ever! The salesman Jake Inness called me on the phone. He asked about how our 2009 Nissan Altma was performing? I told that it had been a perfect. Car since we never had to take it to the shop for any warranty work to be preformed. Jake asked me if I had thought about trading the Altma in on a new auto? I said that my wife and I had talked about it but we had not made a decision on what to do. Jake started to ask questions about our Altma like, how many miles, how was the body, any dings, was the paint still looking like new? I told him that the car was in excellent condition with just over 77,000 miles. Jake asked if I wanted another Nissan or was I going to change brands? I told him that we wanted to stay with a Nissan, but would like to look at other vehicles made by Nissan! He explained about all the different models that Nissan made. Jake explained about encentives that were going on in the month of March. I told him that I would talk to my wife about all that we had discussed on the phone and I would call him back or that he was free to call me back! My wife and I discussed all the information that I had gotten from Jake. We called each other a few times to get things straight. When my wife and I got through going over all the different models, we had decided that a Nissan PathFinder was the vehicle for us this time. Jake called me again and we discussed the PathFinder that Linda and I wanted! We discussed what he would give me for the Altma for trade in. It did not take too long to come to an agreement on that price. Jake then looked for where he could find the PathFinder that had just what we wanted, also with the correct colors! After he found where he could get the vehicle that we wanted, we started to talk about how much he would price the PathFinder for and all the encentives that would be applied. We went back and forth on the final price, Jake then made another offer which I will not talk about now but it sealed the deal if the Company would go with what we agreeded on! Jake then told me that we would have to drive to the Dealership that day for the encentives to apply because it was the last day of the month! Linda and I said that we would be there by 7 P.M. to sigh the papers but if anything changed against us we would walk off. When we got there Jake met us and we took a ride in a PathFinder equipped just like we wanted but the color was different. We loved the drive and was able to get in and out better in the PathFinder than the Altma! We sat down with Jake and everything was just like we had talked about on the phone with no exceptions! Jake was the best salesman that I have ever had to deal with, it was a joy to buy our auto from Jake! We had bought the Altma there but the salesman was not the same as Jake was to us. Jake made us feel like we were part of his family while we were working on the deal for the PathFinder! He delivered our vehicle to our house full of gas, changed the tags around and even cleaned the bugs from the front of the vehicle and cleaned the front window inside and out before he said "'here is your new auto John Henry". I hope that Jake is still at this dealership the next time that we want to buy a vehicle because you can trust what he tells you and you don't have to be watching out behind! We will be back to Landers McLarty Nissan when we are ready to buy a new auto and we will tell everyone that we know to go to them if they want a car of any kind!! More
