Courteous, uplifting, friendly and FUN! Michael Smith provided zero pressure the first time I came in to view and test drive vehicles on several of your lots. I left no impression of buying a vehicle, and was straight up about not wanting to trade my current vehicle. He spent every minute making me feel as if I were the only customer on the p!anet. Everyone there was courteous, held open doors,offered coffee or water..whether I was their client or not. People all talked about my world series Cubs hat and joked with me. I felt welcomed there. I came back 3 weeks later and bought my 2017 Rogue. I also traded my beloved truck (even cried as a left it). Hugs and love abound as I pulled my new beautiful vehicle off the lot.
