Andy was awesome! we were actually at another dealership about to sign a deal when we saw this van online and a friend told us about it. It actually fit more of the specs I needed for my kids. It was already 7 PM and they were going to be closing in an hour, and I didn’t know if they would even be able to match the deal I was getting at the other lot. Andy, and the general manager, Scotty, stayed late and kept their lights open for us. They not only matched our deal, but they made sure that we felt comfortable with what we were getting and they stayed late so that we could make sure that our family’s needs are met. I was able to get a better van, better price, and feel comfortable that I was getting a warranty for my power train for seven years that only their dealership offered. Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! If you want an amazing salesman, find ANDY! He was so patient with my husband and myself. I wanted to drive several cars and not feel pressured and he was definitely put in our path for that exact reason! Andy is very caring even asking about our family. Andy legitimately cares about you as a person and wants the best for his customers. We live in Joplin but that was not an obstacle at all. We also met and worked with Scotty. He was absolutely amazing as well. He was very patient and kind. I hope neither of them ever leave because we will be using them both in the future for vehicle purchases.
