Generally positive. Only negative is we discovered chips in the windshield that had clearly occurred after our original test drive and inspection. My daughter had an appointment to have her car repaired at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even writt at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even written up the order yet, and the car sits in the lot unrepaired.
