Great Experience I took a few days looking at different cars at different dealers. Mark Brennon and Billy were both friendly and patient and got me to where I needed I took a few days looking at different cars at different dealers. Mark Brennon and Billy were both friendly and patient and got me to where I needed to be. They were professional and they seem to be a part of a larger culture that customer experience matters. Everyone seemed to say things like, "I'm going to check this number again. Do you need anything? Do you need more coffee?" It's a pleasure to do business with a company that makes you feel like a person rather than a number. Mark is serving our country in the US Marine Reserve. He is a smart and polite young man. I hope as you think about the future he has the opportunity to rise in your management team. When I finally bought the car Mark took it to detail and Rod Ayers, the sales manager, wandered over and we talked for 30 minutes. He just wanted to make sure everything had gone well. He and I got in a long conversation about how he leads his team. I will tell you he leads his team very well. And finally, let me say that I think the turbo Altima probably is going to get incredible mileage when I do all the highway driving I do for business. It's a good looking car. The upgraded wheels and the grey color look elegant. I personally think it's the most car for that money range on the market. Thanks for a great experience. Excellent Buying Experience and Transparency Excellent buying experience. We took advantage of the 5K over KBB Trade-In offer and it was as advertised. When you take advantage of this offer, they Excellent buying experience. We took advantage of the 5K over KBB Trade-In offer and it was as advertised. When you take advantage of this offer, they give you 5K over the Median KBB Trade-In Value ; however, in doing so, you buy at full MSRP. You do get all incentives you qualify for though. For us, that translated into about 5,000 below MSRP. If they offer this deal, it is an excellent opportunity to upgrade; however, I recommend that you trade a vehicle that you already have positive equity in to take full-advantage. We compared our deal to a similar vehicle in Tulsa had we not taken the 5K over deal...and it turns out that we saved about 1,000 off for the exact same vehicle. Thank you Mclarty Daniel Nissan for being super transparent and making the process easy and stress-free. I can honestly say that it was the smoothest car transaction I have made...and i've made a couple. Shout-out to Bo Hiett. He's still pretty new over there...but I can already tell that he's going to make it! He was super professional...and worked out deal in less than 24 hours from initial contact to paperwork. When we showed up to the Dealership, we were in and out in about 4 hours....mostly because it took me an hour and a half to decide what I ultimately wanted to purchase. Another shout out to the Manager that worked our deal. He was super professional and let us come and take a look at the computer to verify what they had in the vehicle and such. They sold the 2020 Altima to us at loss on paper. I'm sure the incentives on the back-end made it worthwhile to sell. All in all, if you are looking for a Nissan, keep an eye out on the various sales they run and know that you are in good hands. More

Helped Me Find an Amazing Car for my Budget! I came to this dealership knowing I'd find a car I loved but that I wouldn't be able to buy it because of its price tag. I'm a college student who wor I came to this dealership knowing I'd find a car I loved but that I wouldn't be able to buy it because of its price tag. I'm a college student who works full-time and also lives out on my own, so budgeting to make ends meet takes up a lot of my time. Warren Mcclendon, my salesperson, wasn't pushy in trying to get me to make a quick decision. I didn't feel rushed or stressed about much of the experience. In fact, he made sure that the car I wanted was within my budget. I NEVER thought I would be able to find a new car with how much I was reasonably able to spend. The finance department was able to secure some great deals for me and even valued my trade-in to fit my monthly budget. Even though my dad was with me for my first time buying a car at a dealership, it made me happy that everyone took me seriously and made sure that, in the end, I was able to make a good decision. After buying my (gorgeous) Nissan Versa, Warren gave me a tour of the service department and everyone was very sweet, greeting me at each opportunity. He even followed up with me to make sure my car was still the right choice for me after a day of trying it out. All in all, I definitely will consider Nissan a top contender for the dealership I choose in my next car purchase. Thanks, guys! More
