Maybe unfair for me to review this dealer, I don't know. But I could not even get a call back. Worse yet, this McLarty initiated an automated text session with me, but didn't even respond to me. Absolutely no communication with the service department. Still waiting on my car to be repaired/serviced for over a month. Ridiculous. And, they can't blame it on the text program they use. Worst customer service I ever had and it has not got any better, my fiance has bought several vehicles from them and his family..but will not again, he paid lifetime warranty on his truck so he has to go ba better, my fiance has bought several vehicles from them and his family..but will not again, he paid lifetime warranty on his truck so he has to go back in order to keep it, he is currently waiting on service for the 6th time in a row for hrs.which I won't be surprised if they send him home and have him come back next day for the same experience, it doesn't matter who you talk to it hasn't changed, he was sent home after waiting all day 3 of the last 6 times it was serviced and had to come back the next day, we had to wait on a mngr. once to unlock the shop at 9:00 at night cause they forgot to leave it out and still had to bring it back to be serviced but he had to have it for work. Horrible service.. More
Take your vehicle to any other place on the planet. The customer service is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. It’s nonexistent! The really sad part is; the majority of the staff couldn’t care less. If I ever get my car back, which I’m beginning to think might happen, I will NEVER go back. This dealership doesn’t deserve to represent the FORD brand or any automotive brand for that matter. Worked with Tyler on a client that had some issues with the unit he purchased out of State. He made the client feel at home and welcome, and was very easy to work with from another Dealership on this issu the unit he purchased out of State. Very bad customer service. The first day it was there. No call to let me know that they didn’t look at the car. Took 3 days to diagnose car. They are all about selling a car but when it comes to service it is awful. I have actually had to call the dealer while standing in the service area to get them to at least acknowledge my presence. You will also notice an extremely high turnover rate at the service desk.... They all hate their jobs and dont care at all about customer service. If you buy a car from McLardy, Plan your oil changes to be done at Mr Lube down the street and you manufacturer air bag recalls never to get done. More
