He wants to make sure you are informed of all your finance options and explains the optional extended warranty for you in an easy to understand way. He answered all of our questions and we were made to feel a part of the MD Ford family. I hope I get this guy on our next purchase. We both really liked his accuracy and speed to help us get on with our day. We purchased the extended warranty to peace of mind. I firmly believe if you have insurance you will rarely use it but if you don't you are always worried about something going wrong. Todays vehicles have so many electronics in them it is almost a given that the odds are high that something could happen. Why chance it? Go for the peace of mind.....no worries More
