We handled everything with two phone calls and a series of text messages, including a deposit on the vehicle. We set an appointment time a few days later, giving me time to plan the trip to Bentonville. I'm not sure if it's common, but I thought it was a really nice touch to move the vehicle off the sales lot and put a sold sign on it even though I only had a deposit down. The day we made the transaction was easy. A quick test drive, handle the trade-in, a great experience with the service department, and I was on my way back home. Definitely recommend, especially with long distance purchases. Great working with Shep, who had excellent customer service and a real down-to-earth approach with the deal. More
