I currently have a Bronco on order with them and have to go to the Dealership to get someone to talk to me. And it's never the same person. It was not a nice experience. Communication was terrible. I had to personally visit the dealership multiple times to just get the updates. I had to wait a couple of days to get an answer. After three days, they could not diagnose the problem and I had to take my car to another Ford service to diagnose and fix the problem. By the way, they found and fixed the problem in a day. More
