My service was absolutely horrible. I dropped my car off 7:45 am Wednesday morning, Logan Barker who showed no interest in helping me by his attitude, told me he didn’t know what it would cost but that he w 7:45 am Wednesday morning, Logan Barker who showed no interest in helping me by his attitude, told me he didn’t know what it would cost but that he would call me in a few minutes that morning. I told him I just called Ford and they said my car was under warranty until 01/22. He said he’d check and let me know. 11am comes, I call, he’s not available, I leave a message and he never calls back. (I’m still just waiting to hear if I have a warranty or not) 2pm comes, I call same shenanigans. Can’t talk to Logan and no one else can tell me anything about my car. So I end up not knowing anything and leaving my car overnight. Thursday comes. Still never got a call from Logan as promised 24 hours ago. I call 3-4 times just trying to see if my warranty is good or what the heck is going on. I FINALLLY 2pm Thursday had to demand I speak to the service manager because at this point I have no idea if my car has been worked on or if it’s still just sitting and we leave town Friday (the next day). The service manager tells me my warranty was up at 36,000 miles and nothing will be covered. So it took 48 hours for not even Logan to tell me that nothing was going to be done on my car. I live and work 45 minutes away. I took off time to bring my car there, had no car for 2 days for absolutely no reason at all. And had to Uber myself to work after being told Mclarty would shuttle me for free. I show up to pick up my car Thursday evening and Logan sitting at his desk sees me and refuses to help me. Finally after 10-15 of standing there some guys helps me, gets my keys and is gone for 30 minutes!!! I’m wandering the lot looking for any sign of my car or the person with my keys. Logan still completely ignoring me, no interest in helping me. Everyone in the service department just pawns off every customer question or concern to the next person and said “oh I can’t help you, you’ll have to wait for a call back” but no one every calls back. It was completely insane. I will never ever be back. More

I was looking for a very specific vehicle configuration for my wife because she really only cares about the color, and I wanted a loaded Explorer (for me) in Atlas Blue (for her; a 2021 color not available for my wife because she really only cares about the color, and I wanted a loaded Explorer (for me) in Atlas Blue (for her; a 2021 color not available on the 22s). So I was referred to Mike Smith and he was great to work with. He contacted me almost immediately and answered the questions that he could while taking down the unanswered questions that he needed to find out about. We texted and emailed back-and-forth for a bit and when it was clear to me that this was the vehicle I was looking for, I put down a deposit and we made arrangements to visit. Mike even picked us up at the airport. Very nice guy and easy to talk to, but he's also a good listener and never pushed us into anything that we weren't looking for. We drove the vehicle and of course my wife loved it. So we drove to the dealership and did a little bit of paperwork and the vehicle was ours. The gentleman in Finance (Jonathan McCoy) was great to work with also. We went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly and we were able to get on the road to enjoy the new vehicle. I've been buying cars/trucks for about 45 years and have owned 30-something vehicles and I don't think I have had a better buying experience. We live several hours away (as I mentioned, we flew to Bentonville) but it was definitely worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat and will call Mike the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More
