I had an appointment for Tuesday, and i dropped my car off Monday night. I finally got my truck back and mid day Friday. I knew what the issue was with my truck, it was an hour fix. For the first 2 days my truck was there i don't believe it was even seen. I kept getting vague texts saying they were "diagnosing" my vehicle. I have 4 kids and we have 2 vehicles and this was a big inconvenience to our family. Stuff happens but i just expect clear communication. Very disappointed and I will be finding a different place to purchase and service my vehicle. Not a Ford problem, but a dealership issue. More

I came up to Rogers from Russellville to purchase my Navigator. I called asking for pictures of the inside with seats down and Stephan went out to the vehicle and took pictures and sent them to me.
