I understand your sales process. You decide to mark up your prices on a new car that you pay no additional amounts for. I understand used car mark ups because you’re having to pay more for them but new cars you do not. There are way too many dealers out there that do not practice this. I have purchased a Maverick from Chris Auffenberg Ford in Missouri for MSRP. Its too bad because I would sure have loved to have been able to work with you locally. I buy a lot of cars and most of them have been Fords… unfortunately I will have to go else where instead of locally and I will gladly do that in order to do business with an ethical business.
