If it was not for Jimmy, I would never consider shopping this dealer. He is the sole reason we have purchased 3 vehicles here. I am using your review, Mr. Christie, because you were the manager mentioned in my correspondence with MD. I enquired about a 2015 Blue Silverado with 129+k miles on it with th Christie, because you were the manager mentioned in my correspondence with MD. I enquired about a 2015 Blue Silverado with 129+k miles on it with the specific purpose of reducing my monthly payments and overall payoff of my vehicle. I planned on trading my current truck (2016 Titan XD SL) with only 55+k miles to do so. I had emailed with Ashlyn and texted with Gabby to that end, being very specific and honest about my intentions if a deal could be made. I informed Gabby that I decided to drive my truck over an hour and a half to Bentonville, to get a better idea of what I could get for my truck and to drive the truck I was interested in with the intent to leave with the Silverado. By text, Gabby checked to make sure I still intended to come to the dealership the day before and twice the day of my visit. While I did have to leave work later than I had intended, I would still be there by 5:30 on Wednesday (4/26/23). I was told to ask for either Gabby or yourself when I arrived, which I did. Mr. Lopez introduced himself and said that neither would be able to help me at that time and asked how he could assist. I explained what I had come for, and he proceeded to search for the Silverado. He then informed me that that truck had been sold the night before. I had traveled over 3 hours, round trip, burned through over 10 gallons of fuel (diesel), and could have been told at any time during that day that I wouldn't have needed to do so. To add to this insult, I have since tried to text Gabby, only to be ignored, I assume. I am not one to raise xxxx, or threaten consequences because, honestly, I'm just someone who is trying to ease my financial situations and I really don't have that much influence on anything. But I will not recommend your dealership, because I cannot do so in good conscience. Please look for ways to assure that this does not happen to the next average potential customer, because this can, and will harm your business in the long run. More
