One of the worst sales representative i have ever faced in my life. A complete racist. We scheduled an appointment over phone with Frank to see Lincoln Aviator. At the doorstep we faced her. I was asking for preowned-certified aviator/nautilus. Before she pulls up the car i wanted to make sure that please dont show any cars that has recall in it. She is like all lincoln cars come with a recall. Its like minor software update bla bla. I had to repeat that i have done enough research before walking into your store. I know 2021/2022 aviator models has recalls. She is like a recall is VIN specific. I repeat yes i know a recall is VIN specific. So my request is dont show any car that has recall in engine related issues. She replied then you cannot buy a used lincoln everything comes with recall. What the xxxx and whats wrong with you. Do you think i am dumb, i did my research before coming to you. At one point i had to stop her and i was asking for the person Frank who schedule my appointment. She suddenly called and saying he is an internet representative and doesnt really works face to face. Now she started asking me how much you want for pay for your car monthly whats the max. I said $900 and a min? I replied 0-900. She is like you should not imagine a lincoln at EMI below 500. I mean cmon dumb i said max 900. What does it mean that i am willing to pay 900/month. As a customer i can get a EMI of 100/month thats my profit. Who are you to tell me what i shouldnt dream of. Then she started asking questions like .How many years are you in USA? Your accent doesnt sounds like NWA native. Hey lady I am from Sub-continent. I am working as an Engineer here USA for last 6years. Your country knows my value but a Racist/Red neck like you will not understand. Mclarty Daniel should reevaluate her customer relationship behavior. My wife didnt even walked out to see the car. To show generosity i at least saw 1 car and wrapped everything quickly to walk out. Horrible experience. More
