Marcus is just great. He was honest and fair - exactly what we wanted in a salesman. Shakera was unbelievably helpful. I was pretty picky. I had an ultimate goal in mind. She was extremely accommodating but was also just a very creative thinker. Rather than just saying “no we can’t get you what you want at those payments” she would give me options, show me those options, explain the benefits, etc. she made sure that I got what I needed out of my trade in, and also didn’t try to upsell me.
