Day 1 I take it in they call and say it's your cam shaft sync sensor. I told them I know it's not. I have already replaced it along with the cam shaft sync. (They were after market parts so the check engine light was on and has been for couple years.) (Also wasn't doing what it did last time and started just fine.) I told them to check vacuum, fuel and wiring. They said they didn't see anything wrong. Then they say it's the cam shaft sync. Once again I told them it wasn't that to double check wiring and vacuum. They assured me it wasn't any of that. This is where I screwed up and against my better judgement I allowed their ignorant mechanics and John to talk me into letting them replace these parts. Then they call saying your car is ready. Ok be right there to get it. I get there and my car won't start and it's running worse than it did when I took it in. So $600 later problem still isn't fixed of course an as I told them that was not the issue. Tho they say it was still part of the issue due to it was worn. Well of course it was worn the car has 177000 miles on it EVERYTHING in it is worn. I of course was extremely upset an John was very professional while dealing with me. I commend him for that. So they keep the car of course and call me 3 days later. We found the problem. There was a chafed wire (surprise surprise) and the coil pack is bad. Miss fire on 1 and 5 and it will be another $300 to fix this. (So $900 for a $300 repair) since this actually sounded like it could be I aloud them to fix it. Their mechanics just throw parts at a vehicle till it's fixed apparently. An after at least $700+ it's still not fixed completely. What happened to real mechanics that we use to have back in the day. In the end my car will never go back to Landers or possibly any Ford dealership ever. I love this car and till now would have bought another Ford but if their mechanics don't know what they are doing I think it's best I go with a different make. More

Best car buying expirience We drove to Bentonville to buy a car because of the great deals we had heard of. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly face and smile and lots o We drove to Bentonville to buy a car because of the great deals we had heard of. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly face and smile and lots of help. Everyone was very accommodating and helped us make the right choice for our family and the right price. Our Sales person Jeremy Kelley was so professional and very helpful...didn't steer us to something he knew we could not afford and even a week later he drove TO FORT SMITH to deliver some things that had been overlooked while we were there.( headphones and remotes that went with the car) We drove the extra miles to buy from him because he had been so informative and professional...he went OUT OF HIS way and above and beyond what our expectations were...I have recommended everyone I know that is looking, to make the trip up to buy from him, and your dealership, because I know you all will go the extra mile for them. We appreciated the AWESOME customer service....we will buy our next car there from Jeremy Kelley! Ron & Alishia Atchison More
This is your typical dealership. I have had to file 3-4 better business bureau complaints to get them to keep their commitments. The most recent was with a email solicitation ad to come by and do a test d better business bureau complaints to get them to keep their commitments. The most recent was with a email solicitation ad to come by and do a test drive to get a gift card. I would speculate I got about 5 of these since October range. Today I was informed by the general manager they would not honor their ad and he would not give out the gift card because I had already received one. The ad has no indication of how many or how frequently these can be redeemed. When I mentioned this to the general manager his solution was to say he would removed me from their solicitation emails but he still refused to honor the ad. More
I did not have a good experience with Landers. I was interested in a 2013 Ford Escape. The on-line information request was very inefficient. The rep that was supposed to give me a quote and availabili interested in a 2013 Ford Escape. The on-line information request was very inefficient. The rep that was supposed to give me a quote and availability info did not seem to care what I wanted. He seemed to only want to present information on models and colors I did not want. Very Frustrating. One day I made the attempt to go to Landers and look at the Escapes. Big mistake. I had not even put my car in park and the salesman was already in my face – circling like a guard dog. He was extremely pushy and again, would not listen to me. He annoyed me so much that I left without even sitting in or driving a vehicle. Landers lost a customer, and I WILL be telling others. Actually, I am thanking my lucky stars that I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I just had a conversation with a co-worker about the terrible service she received at the Landers service department. More
Travis, the sales associate at the Landers McLarty Pre owned Ford dealership called me a liar because I decided not to by the corvette from him and went to Landers McLarty Nissan to buy a Camaro. Not sure if he knows his role as a sales associate. Initially I told him that Corvette was my dream car, so he kept saying that I lied to him because I told him that Corvette was my dream car but I went for a Camaro... duh....guess what, my reality is $30,000 less than my dreams.... Just because I dream of a Ferrari tomorrow, doesnt mean I can buy one now. More
