It is really bad experience to buy a new car in it From begining sale guy Kyle doing ok, but after his manager Dennis involved in price negosiation, it become a little pressure. And I provide a price I can accept it. He ask me signed on a paper with his writing new car between 0 to 50 miles for the car. Then he went for submitting this price request and finalized this price. Today I came to get my car, just focus on checking outside and new functions of the car, forgot to take a look of odometer. When I drive it back to home, just found that it was already 373 miles in the odometer. I felt very surprise and drive back to the dealer, Dennis just came out and I told to him about this high miles for the new car, and his previous commitment with new car for 0 to 50miles. He denied for making this commitment and said I should not concern about it. I bought a new car with almost 400 miles and should not concern about it? Will you deal with this kind of dealer? More

I voiced a concern and they researched the model and told me they were ordering a cowl and it would be installed at no charge. I had stopped at a Ford dealer in Joplin, which is much closer to my home, and they had just brushed me off with a "They don't come with a cowl". This is the reason I have purchase two new cars from Landers-McLarty and drive almost fifty miles to enjoy their service. More
