I came in knowing exa Mclardy Daniel Ford dealership will treat you very well. It's no surprise why they're known as the best Ford dealer in Arkansas. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, the new 2016 Ford Fusion. After we talked about the car and my budget, they were able to work with me and get me the version of the Fusion we felt I could afford/finance. They were also very respectful and patient when it came to working me through the discounts and paperwork. I traded in my old 2002 Jeep Liberty and I felt they gave me a very reasonable price for it considering the wealth of issues it had. Aaron the salesman was very helpful every step of the process. He let me do a test ride and helped explain many of the features that came with the Fusion. He even owns the very same car, so he was able to relate to me a lot in that regard. Lastly, because they are such an awesome dealer, I was able to get the loan for the car approved on my own with my not so great credit. I fear if I had gone to any other Ford dealership I would have likely been declined. Thanks A.J for getting me through that and the payment process as a whole. Overall, I had a very great and positive experience there not only as my 1st brand new car purchase, but as my first car purchase in general. Experience with service department. I purchased a year old GMC Terrain from this Bentonville Ford dealership, It provided a 2 year free oil change. The following is the experience I had. I purchased a year old GMC Terrain from this Bentonville Ford dealership, It provided a 2 year free oil change. The following is the experience I had. On my first visit, I pointed out that it required a Dexos certified oil. I still have the oil stains on my garage floor from the oil filter housing that the tech did not secure properly. I then learned that a Dexos certified oil had not been used. The service manager thought Dexos was a brand, and it took the parts house to make him believe it was a certification and not a brand. It was then changed again with certified oil. Trip # 2 required a great effort on my part to get the right oil installed. Trip # 3 they told me that the Motor Craft oil they used was Dexos certified. I researched and found that Motor Craft does not have a Dexos certified oil. Trip # 4 I brought my own oil, a Dexos certified Mobil 1 full synthetic. Two days later I was going to check my oil, and found that the dip stick was missing. I tried to call the service department and the answering machine said to leave to leave a message and they would return the call at THEIR convenience. I then drove to the dealership requesting my dip stick. I was told that it had rolled under the vehicle. It is obvious that since there was no dip stick that the tech had not even checked the oil level after changing it, and of course I was never called about the dip stick. I have one more oil change paid for, but I will never return to their service department for any reason free or not. Needless to say, I will never buy another vehicle. Lawrence Reeves More
