My salesperson, Jim Dunivant, couldn't have been more attentive to my needs. He respected my budget and went above and beyond to make sure I took home a car I would love. When the financing for the Jeep I was eyeing didn't work out, Jimmy and his team turned the whole situation around. Jimmy showed me a Ford Escape worked perfectly with my budget and was still a vehicle that suited all of my needs. (I actually love it so much more than the Jeep) I couldn't recommend this dealership more! Make sure you ask for Jim Dunivant! He will change your whole opinion on car salesmen! More

Great, honest, passionate people My husband and I have been looking for a truck for him for a while now, and we finally purchased exactly what we wanted, a GMC Sierra, thanks to Jimmy My husband and I have been looking for a truck for him for a while now, and we finally purchased exactly what we wanted, a GMC Sierra, thanks to Jimmy Dunivant! He kept looking for us until he found exactly what we wanted. You can really tell he is passionate about his job and enjoys helping people find cars they love. He was so honest and helpful through the whole process. We were really in a bind before getting this truck. We are both full time students, have a 4 month old, and owed twice the amount on my husband's vehicle than it was worth. McLarty Daniel Ford really took care of us! Even with how upside down we were, they made it happen while managing to stay in our price range. Even the finance guy, Johnathan McCoy, was great. I went in to sign papers by myself with my 4 month old, and he carried his car seat and bag for me, explained the documents, and answered all the questions I had. We really appreciated the service we received at this dealership, and we will always do business here. We recommend them 100%! More

Awesome Ford dealership great place to do business My wife and I went to this Ford dealer on Saturday to purchase a new Ford edge. We were introduced to the manager Jason Hooe. He was incredibly nice My wife and I went to this Ford dealer on Saturday to purchase a new Ford edge. We were introduced to the manager Jason Hooe. He was incredibly nice to us.We test drove the Ford edge and fell in love with it. It is a wonderful vehicle. The dealership is very nice and very clean and the people there were very friendly. Our salesman was very helpful and did a great job in explaining all the features on the vehicle and made sure that we had plenty of time to test drive it. Jason made us feel very welcome and did a wonderful job explaining everything to us about the pricing and financing etc. We were not quite ready to buy but I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new Ford This is a great place to do business and you will not be sorry. Make sure you say hi to Jason and you will be very well taken care of. He is an awesome manager and he is very sincere. More

McLarty Daniel restored my faith in what has become a dreadful experience. From start to finish the whole process of buying a vehicle is an easy one for many reasons.. Our Sales person Jim Dunivant was a pleasure to work with, he did not pressure us - but instead listened to our needs and did whatever he could do to help. This is the reason after buying our first vehicle from them weeks ago, we are back today giving them our business yet again. As far as I know McLarty Daniel is the only draler out there that offers a LIFETIME POWER-TRAIN WARRANTY on any vehicle you buy from them. That alone would be enough to keep me coming back and referring others... But that is just the tip of the iceburg.. They are real, down to earth, caring, ethical, and everything you would hope to find in a business in todays world. I was almost to the point of swearing off Ford Dealers after having such a bad experience with unethical practices from a certain dealer in Fayetteville AR advertised all the time by the loyal and royal army on radio... Not to name any names. My wife and I could not be happier with how we have been trearted here at McLarty Daniel.. Our salesperaon Jim Dunivant felt the same way about doing business with them so much after doing business with them himself, he now works for them! Enough said.... More

Best buying experience ever! NOT HAPPY AT ALL WHEN YOU BUY A CAR IT SHOULD BE A HAPPY TIME, WELL MINE WASNT, I FEEL LIKE I WAS MISLEAD AND TALKED INTO A 3300.00 $ WARRANTY THAT COVERS NOTHING AND WHEN YOU BUY A CAR IT SHOULD BE A HAPPY TIME, WELL MINE WASNT, I FEEL LIKE I WAS MISLEAD AND TALKED INTO A 3300.00 $ WARRANTY THAT COVERS NOTHING AND IS SUPPOSE TO BE BUMPER TO BUMPER UP TO 125K MILES. THE CAR IS A FORD EDGE WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. THE RADIO HAS BEEN FIXED TWICE NOW AND STILL HAS THE SAME ISSUE, BUT THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED....NOT! I GUESS I WILL NEVER GET THE RADIO FIXED. THE BACK OF MY SEAT MOVES WHEN YOU APPLY THE BREAK, THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS NORMAL, WELL IVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME AND IVE NEVER HAD A CAR THAT THE BACK OF THE SEAT MOVED WHEN YOU HIT THE BREAK! MY SUNROOF I CANT USE BECAUSE IT CLOSES SO SLOWLY THAT IM NOT SURE IF IT WILL CLOSE THE NEXT TIME I USE IT AGAIN, I WAS TOLD YESTERDAY THERE WAS DIRT IN THE TRACK AND I MUST LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD AND THE WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THIS..I GUESS THE AIR IN BETWEEN SPRINGDALE AND LINCOLN IS DIRTY BECAUSE I DO NOT LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD!! I WAS TOLD IN JUNE WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME BECAUSE I JUST BOUGHT IT, WELL GUESS WHAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND THERE IS NO TELLING WHAT THAT COST! WHEN IT WAS RETRIEVED FROM THE SHOP ON 9/15/2016 WHEN YOU ARE SITTING STILL AND APPLY THE BRAKE TO TAKE IT OUT OF PARK THERE IS A TAPPING NOISE YOU CAN HEAR AND FEEL IN THE GEAR SHIFT!! THANKS BOYS FOR ANOTHER PROBLEM!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND DONT FALL FOR THE WARRANTY BS BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT AND THEY MISREPRESENT IT STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE.
