Bought a brand new Jeep and had issues with the radio. After the update, still had issues. So Cliff contacted jeep and told them to replace it, which they did. After 18 months of my business the service department lost it today. Estimate for repairs were communicated as 21 and 18 total 49. They failed to say hundred. After I found the truth that it was 4900 not lost it today. Estimate for repairs were communicated as 21 and 18 total 49. They failed to say hundred. After I found the truth that it was 4900 not 49 dollars discussed with service Mgr. He basically said nothing on my truck would run 49 dollars to be fixed. Very condescending. Didn't apologize for the poor communication until I said I'd take my business elsewhere. Even though he stated twice he would discuss man to man. I stood in the shop 19 minutes waiting to check out... not one word from him or the tech. It's OK I have tge repairs scheduled in Fayetteville next week. Also their 140 diagnostic charge actually cost me 162.... maybe when the quote that it would be more accurate to say a minimum of 140 dollars... More

This place is a joke. Don't think you have any warranty regardless if what they tell you. It's all lies just to make a sale. If you have problems later they won't be able to "find" your warranty Info. T regardless if what they tell you. It's all lies just to make a sale. Daniel is a great Service Advisor. I was able to set up the appointment and discuss the services needed through text messages. The process was extremely seamless, and he made sure to communicate every step the appointment and discuss the services needed through text messages. Be aware that going to this service center is like going back to kindergarten. They like to joke about price and warranty. This last time when they called they told me my repair was 9000.00 but then after a back to kindergarten. They like to joke about price and warranty. This last time when they called they told me my repair was 9000.00 but then after a few seconds told me it was actually 400.00. This is 3rd time they have done this to me. My first trip they told me my warranty was out when it wasn't. I keep thinking they will grow up. I talked to service manager, but apparently he thinks this approach is a good one. More
