After 18 months of my business the service department lost it today. Estimate for repairs were communicated as 21 and 18 total 49. They failed to say hundred. After I found the truth that it was 4900 not 49 dollars discussed with service Mgr. He basically said nothing on my truck would run 49 dollars to be fixed. Very condescending. Didn't apologize for the poor communication until I said I'd take my business elsewhere. Even though he stated twice he would discuss man to man. I stood in the shop 19 minutes waiting to check out... not one word from him or the tech. It's OK I have tge repairs scheduled in Fayetteville next week. Also their 140 diagnostic charge actually cost me 162.... maybe when the quote that it would be more accurate to say a minimum of 140 dollars... More
This place is a joke. Don't think you have any warranty regardless if what they tell you. It's all lies just to make a sale.
