The service department at this dealership is a complete joke. They have had my truck for 6 weeks. I took it in on 6/15, was told it would be a week for repairs. I called a week later and was told it would joke. They have had my truck for 6 weeks. I took it in on 6/15, was told it would be a week for repairs. I called a week later and was told it would be an additional week as they needed parts by my service advisor. I called a week later with no answers, finally to find out that they haven’t even started the repairs. My service advisor lied during this process. I had to go to the dealership to get answers as no one would answer my calls. Including the service department manager. I asked for updates, please call me with updates during my visit. Left , no updates for over a week. I went back and spoke with the service manager after 4 weeks. My truck had not been touched by anyone. He stated I will give you updates, another week go by and I have to call and they still have not started any work. I call again after a week with no updates, all I asked for was updates and they absolutely refuse. I called again and the service manager stated we are starting on it after another week, I asked why have you not contacted me with updates. I am getting updates after I had come completely unhinged with there process and 6 weeks of my truck sitting there, 2 payments later. The service manager and team gave completely failed at any type of customer support. Stay away from this service department! More

My car was there for months waiting on repairs. The warranty company sent multiple requests to the service department over the course of 3 weeks and they were all unanswered. We only received updat The warranty company sent multiple requests to the service department over the course of 3 weeks and they were all unanswered. We only received updates on the status of the repair when we asked. When the parts finally arrived 3 months later, it took the tech 3 more weeks to get to the repair. When we finally picked up the car, the repairs weren't done correctly and we had to return it immediately. We did not get an update for 2 days. We were promised the vehicle would be ready the following day. We checked in that morning to be sure it would be ready later that day and were assured it would. When we arrived at the end of the day, the repair had not been started and we were told to come back the next day. Unfortunately, this isn't our first terrible experience with a McLarty Daniel service department. Customer service is nonexistent and we will not return. More
