Professional and timely with their work I have 3 vehicles that I have serviced at Landers McLarty and I have always had nothing but good experiences. Whether it is for recall work or just ro I have 3 vehicles that I have serviced at Landers McLarty and I have always had nothing but good experiences. Whether it is for recall work or just routine maintenance they get us in, keep us advised and finish the work promptly. The pricing is always fair and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. More

Dedicated staff Excellent staff I have been working with. Not to fun Went in for oil service. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. While in the process of setting up the service for my vehicle Went in for oil service. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. While in the process of setting up the service for my vehicle they informed me that there is a recall that needs to be performed and it will be done after the oil service. I called the service department 2-3 hours later to see if my vehicle was ready and they informed me that they could not find my vehicle. The person that picked the phone up did not give his name and his attitude was not all that friendly. He said he would call back once he finds my vehicle. I did not receive a call back from him yet did from someone else sum 45 minutes later saying that my vehicle was ready. For a service department that is not all that big I find it strange that they could loose my vehicle. Not sure I will be taking my Jeep back for a service anytime soon. More

I have been taking my 1999 Ford Explorer to Lander's Ford for several oil changes.They are always friendly. Especially Art. They get my car in and out as quick as possible. And always the low price of $9.95. for several oil changes.They are always friendly. Especially Art. They get my car in and out as quick as possible. And always the low price of $9.95.They have never charged me twice for oil like some stupid lady commented about. Way to go Landers Ford!!!!!! More

My husband drove the car there and I followed in another car. Art refused to put my name on the paperwork and insisted the paperwork had my husband's name. The car is registered with MY name. Art was conde car. Art refused to put my name on the paperwork and insisted the paperwork had my husband's name. The car is registered with MY name. Art was condensending and refused to deal with me. He called my husband to discuss the car instead of me after I told him to call me not my husband twice. Over charged for work done. $9.95 oil change is a rip it turned out to be about over twice as much and was charged twice for the oil. What Art said was done and what the papersaid was done did not match. Was not given the review of the system done with the oil change. The brakes were recommended to be replaced and they never squeaked before and now they squeak! I wasn't told how much pad was left. I wish I had never agreed to allow them to touch the car! I will never do business with this dealership or recommend it to anyone. It felt so awful that I felt like I needed to take a bath to get the slim off. More
