He was seemingly the only person who cared that my brand new Jeep was getting repaired (from things not my fault) and I was stuck driving a mini van for a week. The comparison between my Jeep and the mini van is just not there. However, Thomas made the experience painless and I could truly tell he wanted to make things right. I previously rated Scott (the salesman) as being helpful and supportive, but all that faded as soon as the papers were signed. I was told things would happen that never happened and no reason as to why. Not super great service in that aspect. That being said, push Thomas up the chain.. he's the type of guy you want in administration! More
Overpriced Service This dealership rakes you over the coals for service costs. Many simple service tasks cost 6 times what the part itself cost. PVC valve change $159. This dealership rakes you over the coals for service costs. Many simple service tasks cost 6 times what the part itself cost. PVC valve change $159.00 part cost $39.99 at local parts store. The task is as simple as turning the valve to the left removing it and reinstalling new. Spark plug service cost $319.00 parts cost for OEM spark plugs 16 each is 62.00 at local parts store. The labor takes between one to two hours. The overpriced service costs go on and on. More
No attention to detail.. I bought my jeep from Mcclarty Daniel a couple years ago. They send me coupons via email for a $29 and some change oil change. When I show up there ar I bought my jeep from Mcclarty Daniel a couple years ago. They send me coupons via email for a $29 and some change oil change. When I show up there are a million other things you have to get done and pay for to be able to keep the powertrain warranty in effect. So we do what we can each time. Each oil change cost us $250+ dollars to get done. On top of that they charge me full price for said oil change twice. I called them back the first time and explained they forgot the coupon discount, they said we will apply it the next time we get seviced. So the next time rolls around we don't ask about the last time we just produce another coupon and let the last one slide. Low and behold $330 4hrs later, when they said it was going to take 1 and 1/2 hrs. Leaving frustrated we get home and what! No discount on oil change again! It's not so much the money, but the fact that the people are unreliable. This service department is a fraudulent joke. Do not fall for it, it will cost you. More
Terrible Experience We purchased a vehicle in August and the day after buying the vehicle we noticed it had issues with the emissions circulation, A/C, and heat. The cont We purchased a vehicle in August and the day after buying the vehicle we noticed it had issues with the emissions circulation, A/C, and heat. The controls never worked the way they were supposed to.. It took me forever to finally get a hold of someone to look into the issue, I ended up having to Facebook message the dealership to get someone to return my call.. My husband had actually came up to the dealership to check on our vehicle and no one even greeted him to see what they could do for him, he had even went up the salesman that helped up and he was just more concerned about his cell phone. When we got our car back the first time the issues were not fixed, so it spent another 4 days at the dealership and Ryan the service manager actually tried to help me figure out what the issue was. We recently had to send it back in for the same issue, as of right now it seems to be fixed. After we got the vehicle back this last time I noticed the oil change was due, instead of them calling and saying hey your vehicle is due would you like us to do this, I had to call and schedule an appointment, I then had to be shuttled in a vehicle back and forth to work that had white dog hair every where inside. When I received my vehicle that evening I noticed after driving all the way home that my tires were not rotated and were not checked on air. When I brought this issue up, the service lady said that the tires were rotated but they failed to air the tires up.. However this is false because we made sure to check the levels on the tires before taking it in. The back passenger tire was much lower than the others and when we got the vehicle back it was still much lower. I'm very disappointed in this dealership, not once were we offered complimentary services for our awful experience. We recently decided to trade in our other vehicle and because of the experience we had here we went to McLarty Ford and had a great experience! More
Nightmare Experience I would rate this dealership at a 0 to 1 for customer service and quality of service. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport March 2016. The sales exp I would rate this dealership at a 0 to 1 for customer service and quality of service. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport March 2016. The sales experience was a nightmare and it took three days, & multiple trips to the dealershipto purchase a vehicle. The financial coordinator was rude, and unprofessional. The vehicle was not ready upon delivery as promised.. In fact, it was filthy, and the tank was not filled as promised. The vehicle had damage and broken parts. Which we were lied to by the Sales Manager upon the purchase. He stated that the vehicle had a thorough inspection, and was certified for extended warranty. And that the vehicle was in perfect condition. We took the vehicle in for service immediately after purchasing it, and it has been in the shop a total of eight or nine times for the same problem. The service manager has been anything but professional. He has been inappropriate during conversation. It has dodged resolving the problem with the vehicle. He has made up every excuse possible. He has wasted more time on making up excuses, rather than fixing the vehicle. I will never, ever............ Recommend, or purchased another vehicle from this dealership. It has been a living nightmare. And my vehicle is still not fixed. More

The famous McLarty "Oh, we forgot to tell you..." When I called to schedule the 20k mile maintenance on my Jeep Renegade, I asked what the service would require and was told it would just be an oil ch When I called to schedule the 20k mile maintenance on my Jeep Renegade, I asked what the service would require and was told it would just be an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for the service appointment, I was told "Oh, Jeep requires a brake system flush at 20k miles" plus changing out the cabin filters, almost $200 more than just the oil change and tire rotation. My ex had previously purchased a truck from them and I had forgot how they always said "Oh, we forgot to tell you..." every time we took the truck in for servicing. As this is my first Jeep, I had them do the additional service. They made sure they did the brake system flush for $129.95, but guess they didn't think that Jeep's requirement to change out the cabin filters was necessary. I will no longer take my Jeep there for servicing due to this type of business practice. Oh, and the fact that they don't do a complimentary wash and vacuum of the vehicles like most other dealers is another negative as well. They don't give a crap about you as a customer, you're just another sale at the register to them. More
Frustration beyond belief I took my Jeep in because of the engine light being on and was told that they would turn it off and if it came back on to call and get it in. Well it I took my Jeep in because of the engine light being on and was told that they would turn it off and if it came back on to call and get it in. Well it came on again and so I got it in first thing Monday morning. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked if I could get a loaner car and was told that they don't lend cars if the work would only take 1-3hours and I was ok with that. Once I got to the dealership for my appointment 5days later I was informed it may be longer than expected so I then asked if I could get a loaner car and was told they didn't have any. I was then taken to my parents house to wait and two hours later I get a call telling me what was wrong with my car and that they had to see if it was under warranty. After three more hours of waiting I had to call them to see what was happening to my car so I was informed that my car was still under warranty and that I wouldn't get it back until the following day in the evening so then I asked if there was a loaner car available so I could make it to work and was told that I would receive a call back shortly. 30minutes passes and so I call back and ask again and they told me they will find out so I said "ok. I will be there in 15minutes." So I get to the dealership and ask to speak with Alex who I have been dealing with the whole time so I can see about getting a car to drive. I then was informed that he was out to lunch. At this time I was frustrated because firstly of all the run around and BS they gave me and I did not receive a clear answer also I felt like I wasn't high priority enough to receive any customer service what so ever. One last thing after getting a car from my dad and getting to my house I received a call after 30minutes saying they have a loaner car for me. I was very displeased with the lack of customer service I was given and I was frustrated with the fact I felt like I was a nobody and that I didn't deserve an actual answer. You have lost my future services. More
