The missing lug nut key I have a Dodge Ram 1500 that had a flat tire. The key lock to the lug nut was missing. After calling McLardy Daniels of Bentonville they said they’d help me by lending a key. Great! One problem- lots n lots of keys n no way to know which one. Buck Ashcroft figured out which key I needed n tire was changed. His n dealership’s help saved the day in so many ways. I am not their customers but that did not deter them from going out of their way to assist a person in need. Thank you!! More

Horrible Experience & Ripped Off $915 Beware $120 an hour is a lie. They say oh the extra is tax and shop supplies. Lies - both of those are billed down farther in the bill. For 4.5 hours we were billed 639.44 which is $142.10 an hour. Also they charge you from the time you pull in to the bay until they park it out in the parking lot whether they are working on your vehicle or not. They charged us for the time it took for the parts to get there and when they were waiting on the motor to cool down 3 times while we were there. A coil and spark plugs do not take 4.5 hours. Also alls we brought it in for was to be put on the computer for a diagnostic. They couldn't tell us what was wrong. They just kept running up the tab. The van is still not fixed and almost a $1000 later we still have no clue what is wrong with it. They didn't even give us a list of possibilities. They replaced a couple things said it wasn't fixed and sent us out the door with a lot less money and no answers. I threw a fit about the cost and there were no reasonable answers given. This is the absolute worst service center I have ever been too. This is a Dodge dealership and should be the highest rated service center that exists but in this case it is worse than any small mom and pop shop I've ever been too. Even my local mechanic will not charge you if he has not fixed it. Where's your integrity McLarty Daniel Dodge Of Bentonville????????????? You have none!!!!! I am telling everyone I come in to contact with about your shady dishonest dealings and will continue to do so. I will never send another person your way again. More
