Brought my daughters vehicle in for brake service after the brakes had been serviced by another provider. There was a problem with the other service provider and the brakes had failed on my daughter. Zach the brakes had been serviced by another provider. There was a problem with the other service provider and the brakes had failed on my daughter. Zach in the service department took care of diagnosing exactly what the other service had failed to do with my daughters brakes. And got us back on the road again safely! The missing lug nut key I have a Dodge Ram 1500 that had a flat tire. The key lock to the lug nut was missing. After calling McLardy Daniels of Bentonville they said they’d h I have a Dodge Ram 1500 that had a flat tire. The key lock to the lug nut was missing. After calling McLardy Daniels of Bentonville they said they’d help me by lending a key. Great! One problem- lots n lots of keys n no way to know which one. Buck Ashcroft figured out which key I needed n tire was changed. His n dealership’s help saved the day in so many ways. I am not their customers but that did not deter them from going out of their way to assist a person in need. Thank you!! More
