I am an out of state buyer and Harley made the whole ordeal easy and painless. Not to mention the great atmosphere at the Dealership. Felt at home no pushy or shady sales tactics. I have had a good and bad experience here at the Bentonville dealership. I have never worked with Kristy before but I will have to say she was wonderful and probably the best Salesperson I have wor Bentonville dealership. I have never worked with Kristy before but I will have to say she was wonderful and probably the best Salesperson I have worked with that I can remember. Kristy was amazing. Very friendly, very quick in doing the things she says she going to do. I truly felt she was working for me and not the dealership. This just happen to be one of those times where everything went extremely smooth and the dealership and Kristy went the extra mile for me. It just goes to show you there are good Salespeople out there. When you find the right one buying a new vehicle can be a good experience instead of a dreaded one. When you first enter the dealership, you’re welcome to a person who sits at the front desk who will politely guide you to someone that’s willing to guide you through one of the smoothest processes I’ve had person who sits at the front desk who will politely guide you to someone that’s willing to guide you through one of the smoothest processes I’ve had when buying the car. The employees are outstanding and the establishment is as clean as could be. Everything from my first step on the property to driving away with my new truck was nothing short of exceptional. I worked with Harley from start to finish whither buying my new GMC 2500 HD. I showed with my brother as I knew nothing of diesel trucks. To my luck, being partnered with Harley, he was willing to sit down with me and explain everything that comes with owning a diesel. From the care and maintenance, to the every day drive Harley had a answer for any question that I had. Harley even has his own personally typed page of how to mix additives and additional engine care done to brand, composite and finish. Harley not once pressured me to buying the vehicle, even when I said I was going to look somewhere else. The selling point was working with Harley as I felt more as friend/person rather than another customer/paycheck. Harley has even personally called me after driving back to Frisco TX from AR to make sure the truck was handling fine and to my expectation. A few issues arose that the dealership missed during the inspection. Instead of doing what most other dealerships do (making it your problem now) Harley called to dealerships in my area that were sistered with them that could fix my issue with no charge back to me as it was something they missed (and myself). I will be returning to this dealership and recommend to family/friends for any buying experience they wish to have. More
