We were so pleased with the service we received with Ben Royal. I gave a payment amount we wanted and a price range we wanted to stay in and he did just that! Worse experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Multiple lies in a two week period, told me job was done but had to redo it because something happened and still had an oil leak but the Truth is the Multiple lies in a two week period, told me job was done but had to redo it because something happened and still had an oil leak but the Truth is they had done nothing but diagnose the leak. I will never go back to this dealership for anything and will be sure to warn friends of the way they do business. All I can say is if you want to get shafted then go to this dealership. Also don’t waste your time messaging service manager, general manager or Tom Pitts, they won’t call you back. More
