Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. My vehicle was traded in by a previous owner, which I knew going in. Don’t expect a 5 year old car to be flawless, but they did not check a single thing out. Didn’t disclose that a window doesn’t roll up after rolling down, didn’t disclose carpet was torn in the back and would dislodge the air vents when you put the seats up, didn’t disclose the blend for actuator was broken and making noise. I discovered it the first time I started the car when taking possession, and didn’t disclose the power outlet didn’t work. They didn’t offer to fix any of it. Needless to say I was able to fix all of this for about $300. 3 weeks later I get a copy of the paperwork I signed electronically in the mail, but it was addresses to someone I don’t know with a suite number that doesn’t exist but has the right street address. Luckily I got it, but still need the title which I’ve not received to get it checked into my name. In their defense, they did send me new floor mats for it when I asked where the back floor mats were and they couldn’t find them. The vehicle I traded in had issues, but it was listed the next day for sale. No way they checked it out either. A little fix here or there can make all the difference in a car buying experience. I will never return to this dealership More
