Jen in sales, & sales manager (Chris) were very easy to work with, not pushy, very accommodating. Went above & beyond to address a scratch on our vehicle even after purchase was completed, which shows good work with, not pushy, very accommodating. I had a small issue with finance department (Chris) who was rude & disrespectful to me, but it was addressed quickly by the general manager, (Ken), I appreciated that.
