The sale went well and i was satisfied with how it ended up. However, 2 weeks later the salesman calls to tell me that he made a mistake and was $400 off doing my payoff. He stated that $400 was deducted fr up. However, 2 weeks later the salesman calls to tell me that he made a mistake and was $400 off doing my payoff. He stated that $400 was deducted from his paycheck because of this and asked if I could repay him that personally. At that time, I didnt understand the whole situation, it sounded like I owed the dealership that. I didnt really put it all together until later. Asking a customer to pay for a mistake on the dealer side is beyond unprofessional. I hope this makes sense, Im still confused as to why that fell on me to pay. Ive never heard of this happening and noone else Ive spoke to has either. Sidenote: I drove 1.5 hours to take care of this and wasnt so much as offered gas, car wash, nothing More
