Bought a New truck in February that had the bed camera not working. Have taken it in 3 times for repairs, still not fixed. Also discovered 5 months ago the tires are rubbing the undercarriage and asked not working. Have taken it in 3 times for repairs, still not fixed. Also discovered 5 months ago the tires are rubbing the undercarriage and asked for a set of Factory tires to replace these (safety and wear issue) and have been told they can't do that either. McLarty put a lift-kit and bigger tires on the truck before we ever looked at it or bought it - The Tires are clearly are not up to code and they should be able to take them off. We have been getting the run around for 6 months, the General Manager will not call us back, POOR customer service for the brand new truck. How hard can it be for a dealership to order 4 factory tires - We would put them on ourselves if they would just replace the one that are unsafe. More

And quite frankly McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bentonvill, AR May have put themselves all the up there at #1 Long story short. Pulled into the lot for my wife to look at a charger. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle but a 2022 Dodge ram power wagon caught my attention. When approached by a salesman we began discussing the truck and my trade. When i ask if he would be able to come down from the sticker price he informed me that he wasn't able to and in fact another $699. will be added to the sticker price for two side windows tented and the third light have a flashing led bulb added. now we are msrp+$699. He runs the numbers. We finally agree on a trade in amount even though it was still below Kelly blue book trade in value.So we finalize the deal. The next morning i look through all the inventory online. Just being curious because of the overwhelming inventory. anyway, the truck that i had just purchased the night before hadn't been taken offline yet. I checked the sn twice. Yep it the same truck. But guess what. The online price was over $4,000 less than what my salesman charged me. And he knew it and charged me sticker price + anyway. I've contacted them several times and gotten nowhere. Looking like a judge will have to handle it. I cant tell you not to buy from this dealer. But keep in mind what happened to me. I'm sure i'm not the only one this has happened to. Drove over an hour only to be treated poorly. I waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a service advisor when I arrived. I requested a rental car (which is included in my service plan) when I waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a service advisor when I arrived. I requested a rental car (which is included in my service plan) when I made my appointment and when I got here they told me they don’t have any available but never called to make other arrangements. Advisor was very pushy about all the “add-on” options that he recommended. None of which are necessary for the first service appointment or for my truck. He then told me what my cost would be and when I said I had a prepaid plan he got very rude with me. I’m not sure what the point of giving all the information online to book the appointment if they don’t follow any of it when you get there. I feel like I was treated differently when they realized that I did not purchase the truck from here. I will not return here for future service. More
