My husband drove the car there and I followed in another car. Art refused to put my name on the paperwork and insisted the paperwork had my husband's name. The car is registered with MY name. He called my husband to discuss the car instead of me after I told him to call me not my husband twice. Over charged for work done. $9.95 oil change is a rip it turned out to be about over twice as much and was charged twice for the oil. What Art said was done and what the papersaid was done did not match. Was not given the review of the system done with the oil change. The brakes were recommended to be replaced and they never squeaked before and now they squeak! I wasn't told how much pad was left. I wish I had never agreed to allow them to touch the car! I will never do business with this dealership or recommend it to anyone. It felt so awful that I felt like I needed to take a bath to get the slim off. More
