Got what I wanted but took to long I have been in the market for a vehicle for 3 months. I have done my research. I came to you because no one else had the inventory locally that you have. The salesperson was execellant and allowed me to explain what my needs were and did not try to push something else on me. The only thing I have to complain about was getting to the final numbers throught the manager. There were mistakes in getting the information from the salesman to the decision makers. They did a good job when the information was finally correct. The process of getting to the final deal was to long. I owned 2 dealerships so I know the problems that occur. Also, they knew I was in pain with back issues and I was having a problem with the length of time it took to get to the final deal. But, my overall experience with the salesperson and your staff was execellant. Just tighten up the process a little and keep the buyer in the loop better. And most important don't leave the customer alone for a long period of time. I could have walked out at certain times because of the length of time and my back issues. But I am glad I stuck it out. Absolute worst experience We’ve had so many issues with this dealership I won’t even go into all of them. If you need to speak with someone you might as well just go in. No one ever answers the phone and several voicemails were either full or not set up so we couldn’t leave a message! Main issue has been with sales and finance. I understand an issue every once in a while but having an issue with five purchases is ridiculous. I’m happy I’ll never have to step foot in this place again. More
