I love the selection here and the mechanics here are extremely knowledgeable. Now with that being said the transparency to the customers is extremely poor. I made a commute from Joplin, Mo to Bentonville to have my challenger worked on following a scheduled appointment to be waiting for well over an hour. I spoke with serveral people telling me they will pull my vehicle inside and I proceeded to wait for service with my car for another half hour. Service management said I could then wait with my vehicle while it was being worked on. Ty asks me to wait out in the lobby for my vehicle after numerous people have me permission to wait with my vehicle and the mechanics servicing it. Then laughs at my frustration when I try to explain I’ve tried to get my car in for 45 minutes following my early arrival to my appointment. I am currently waiting outside filing this after the interaction. I feel as if this whole appointment and communication has been a terrible experience and will not be using the service here again after this. Customer service is poor. “Ty” is rude. More

I bought my first vehicle from McClarty Daniel Nissan years ago. So of course I came to McCarty Daniel again here at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. No one came out to help me in my 30-minute walk around the lo years ago. So of course I came to McCarty Daniel again here at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. No one came out to help me in my 30-minute walk around the lot. I had to go inside and get help. Only to find that this location is missing like six to eight salesmen. they all leave for whatever reason. When I get someone to help me this is a good guy but it's his first day on the job and no one's even helping him. Which is a really sad excuse for a dealership. I told them I want to trade in my car but it was in the shop having some work done to it. They said "that's okay and no problem" but they continue to call me and email everyday asking where my car is at. I told him I'd be more than happy to bring this new car back to them and cancel this whole entire deal. I didn't need the anxiety from what they told me wasn't a problem to begin with. Then after they got the message they quit bothering me. I turned my trade in car to them. I owed $700 on my last payment of that Nissan rogue I had. they said they didn't need the exact payment. they would take care of it cuz it's through Nissan so they wrote all the paperwork up. Paperwork that I Signed only showed I owe $500. skip forward another week and then they're calling me telling me that I still owe them $234 because the payoff was $734. I said I thought you told me you guys were going to check this out. they never did. This has been the biggest pain in the xxx and mistake I ever made going to this dealership. this was an ongoing circus for about 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks. I mean to fill out paperwork and signed paperwork and then tell me I owe you more money after I've already SIGNED that paperwork. what a scam! Then the salesman calls and says there gonna take money out of his paycheck. the brand new first day salesman was a good dude. it's just really too bad that he's being showed some real negative things from this company. I will not do business with this company again with the way I was treated. this is like the first day they've ever been in business or something. More
