I never felt pressured and my sales person worked his tail off (Cole Fletcher) to get me in the truck I wanted. He was patient and understood the numbers game on my end. Cole was very efficient and organized, which made the process that much easier. With my work schedule being al over the place, Cole made it easy for me to come in and get things done. I left the dealership my first day actually thinking I wish I could of made the deal happen because of the overall experience of being treated as a person first and not a potential customer. The never ending hello's, the how are you doing, the overwhelming concern for making sure I was comfortable was something I never experienced when car buying. This was all before I said I wanted to see or let alone rest drove anything. I can't forget about praising how great of a job Cole did. There were so many benefits to purchasing a brand new vehicle vs pre-owned(as we've always done) that we were previously unaware of.
