Chrysler Pacifica Purchase My wife and I bought a new(ish) Pacifica from this dealership. The experience was pretty good overall, and we thought Cole Fletcher was nice and very helpful in showing us the van and explaining our options to us. Our only real pain point came from trying to get details of the specific van we ended up buying. On the test drive day, we were told that the van probably wasn’t actually in inventory, but no one tried to confirm this for us and get back to us. We had to call the dealership later to finally confirm it was on the lot. Also, we were initially told that our preferred seat configuration was unavailable in the van, though the pictures on the website or an in-person check would have confirmed 8 seats were available. Ultimately, it just seemed like we had to do a lot more research than should have been necessary. More

I literally was planning to buy a Camaro this morning, but the Chevy sealer was so rude I walked out and checked out the Challengers! Buck was the most informed, kindest, and most willing to negotiate that I’ve ever worked with. He never once was aggressive or condescending to me as a woman. I truly loved working with Buck! More
