We weren’t even looking to purchase another Jeep... happened to come across it one day & Brandon was the one that came up to talk to us. He was SO friendly/ not pushy & felt like a “friend”. We left and ultimately decided over the weekend that we wanted to go ahead & get it. The biggest thing that stood out to us was his genuine smile, his friendly demeanor and again the non-pushy way about him. I hate nothing more than snakey-sly acting car salesmen & he was nothing like that. That in itself sold us to purchase. I’ve walked away from so many dream vehicles before because I felt “used” by a salesman. Not Brandon. I hope we can come back to him the next time we are in need of a vehicle! Great great service!!! Be aware that going to this service center is like going back to kindergarten. They like to joke about price and warranty. Wow! My wife and I were in search of a very specifically specified 2020 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack automatic. We HAD to have a certain color selection, options, and so forth. The full purchase was completed in just a week or so. Harley was on top of it all the way! He even orchestrated the transfer of the Scat Pack from Bentonville, Ark to O'Fallon, Missouri. EVERYTHING went without a spec of trouble! Our "beauty" arrived with only 10 miles on the odometer. The vehicle hauler "Mike" was beyond reproach as well. What a guy!
