I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They even tightened the bolts holding the batteries to the frame underneath the van. Absolutely outstanding service and communication by our service advisor, Ivan Pena! My daughter has her Jeep at the Univ. of Arkansas. Early last month we had an overheating issue, therefore, I'm attemptin service advisor, Ivan Pena! My daughter has her Jeep at the Univ. of Arkansas. Early last month we had an overheating issue, therefore, I'm attempting to handle things long distance. At first, we tried a Jeep dealership close to campus, however, they weren't helpful at all and advised it might be days before they can work us in to their schedule. Needless to say, we moved on to locate another Jeep dealership for the service. After a bit of research, I discovered McLarty Daniel Jeep in Springdale. More importantly, I found Ivan. I called and spoke to Ivan and explained the issue. Ivan told us to bring the Jeep over and they will take a look at it right away. Great communication from start to finish. Excellent turnaround and service by the entire service department. As I informed Ivan, he's got a new service customer for at least the next two years. This week, we had a couple of minor issues and some scheduled maintenance that needed attention. We scheduled the appointment for today, delivered the Jeep early, and all issues/maintenance was completed by late afternoon. We're now two jobs in with Ivan Pena and McLarty Daniel Jeep and I cannot express enough how prompt, courteous, accommodating and specialized this team is. Nothing but 5 stars and recommendations to our friends with kids at Arkansas. Thank you, Ivan. More
