I was not happy with my recent service. I had told the service department that I would need a vehicle by noon the following day. I had to text several times for updates. When they finally indicated at the 24 hour mark that I would need a hose to fix the "check engine light" error, they said they wouldn't be able to complete that until the next day, taking me out to 2.5 days without a car, and still no promise of what time it would be complete. I gave up and told them I needed a vehicle and would have to schedule to have the new hose installed some other time. They said "well that will put you at the back of the line". This is unacceptable. If you don't honor appointment times, why bother making appointments? More
