Service department has a huge lack of communication with customers. Service was not completed at promised time or the day after. I was charged more then agreed amount. I had to have my vehicle towed to another shop in pieces. Nathan even told me he wasn't going to release the vehicle to the tow truck I sent to pick up the vehicle. He was extremely rude and did not want to explain the diagnostic. Even though I paid for a diagnostic, I still don't know the cause of the pin to be burnt. See invoice sent. Also- why should I be charged over $3k for a small pin connector. Ridiculous! More

Found a new 250 day old 2023 gladiator I wanted at their dealership. It took me about 3 weeks to try and make a deal. 4 different ppl in Sales and managers would constantly change the price. Finally when an agreement was reached they fired that manager. The next person that contacted me told me the Jeep had went up $6k. A week later they call and apologize saying they dropped the ball and the new manager wanted that Jeep gone and would honor the original lowest Out the door price. Drove up from south Texas last night to buy it. Already had paperwork and pre approval done. When I got there they were trying to charge the agreed upon price plus ttl and everything else they could. Wound up walking out of the dealership. 24 hours of driving and $400 in fuel wasted for nothing. I’ve bought a gmc from Mclarty in the past. Will never do business with them again. Ps their cars are listed on cars.com. You can see how much they’ve been marked down and prices reraised since they’ve been on the lot. More

She was very nice, positive, and personally owns a jeep so she knew about them. Josh Dunham, the sales manager, was also very helpfull through making the deal. Overall I felt the experience was very good and would recommend anyone to work with Sarah Johnson! More
