Had a test drive set up and on the way in we get a text from the salesman that car was now going to auction and but said he could get the key if we still showed up and could still make a deal. We show up a from the salesman that car was now going to auction and but said he could get the key if we still showed up and could still make a deal. We show up and 2 salesman are arguing with Justin to get us the key. They said manager sent the key over to the auction house. But could test drive another car. We did and hated it. We asked to get the key for the other and they said only way was to start a deal on it. We did but would not agree to anything unless we could drive it first. Salesman said ok and went back in to talk to Justin and we could here him say if they won’t sign first they would not get the key for a test drive. At that point I had enough and said if you are going to keep B******* about us forget it. He said then get out. We left and he lost you a sale. I have delt with Justin before on another truck I bought and he was an xxx back then in 2017. The GM had to step in to close the deal. He is going to cost you more than my business with his poor attitude towards customers. More
