I purchased a 2019 Duramax from this dealer and the process went Smooth Isiah was amazing. 7 months later I have traded this truck off and came in to cancel my Gap and warranty service I paid for. I was reassured by a Finance manager that the process would take 4-5 weeks and I would get the check. A month later I have not seen the check and I called to check on every thing. This is where the nightmare begins. Calls after calls and messages after message no one will return a call or help me. I finally vent my frustrations to a manager then he tells me the process was never completed. I show up in person and was told a different story and promised me a email that night. Now 2 months later no email, no phone call and no check. Rinse and repeat on leaving messages and no phone calls back and empty promises of communication. I have never had this big of a problem and after reading other reviews this seems normal for McCarty has a whole. Do your research and highly recommend you do not use this dealer! More

Daniel was able to find us the truck that we wanted with all the extra tasks that we set forth that was needed in order for us to be able to trade to get into it. Tim helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even went over all the features of the vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. To me, that is important. With a pandemic going on, he found all these things even went over all the features of the vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. To me, that is important. With a pandemic going on, he found all these things and communicated with me via text and a few phone calls, which saved some time so I wasn’t stuck at the dealership haggling. A few days prior I was set up with a different sales person and she really just didn’t take the time to look for the truck I wanted. Tried to just sell me into the most expensive truck there was with features I didn’t even want. And then tried those hard selling tactics with me to bully me into a sale when it wasn’t what I wanted. I’m glad I didn’t fall for it, and left. Tim definitely was fair and listened to everything I wanted and he found it. Car sales people should listen more to what makes a customer happy and not use scare/bully tactics. I’m very happy and pleased with my new vehicle. More
